Tenet’s financial advice network has cemented its place in London’s South East by acquiring two Bromley-based IFAs – Maguire Financial and Chartwell Independent.
Through the two acquisitions the adviser network and support group has established a new hub in the area, bringing its total number of regional hubs to seven, including Preston, Northampton, Leeds, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Nottinghamshire.
Tenet group operations director Helen Ball said: “These two acquisitions offered a great opportunity to expand our network of advice into the South East. We’ll continue to establish further regional hubs in the year ahead.”
The two new acquisitions bring an additional £24m to the firm.
In November 2019 Tenet acquired two Mansfield-based firms, Ask Financial Management and Mansfield Financial Planning, and back in April it bought Preston-based Derbyshire Booth.
The adviser network acquired Edinburgh-based Forth Financial Services in September, which had been working with the network for nearly two decades.
